Mansion Lots
Lots are each one (1) acre with one exception.  There are only fourteen  (14) lots in total. 
Lots are ready to build on.

Lot prices are artificially low at this time.  Prices will begin to climb  based on the number of lots sold.
So now is the best time to invest in the home of your dreams.

All utilities are underground. 
Each lot has city water piped in ready to be connected to your home. 
In addition, 'upgraded' electrical transformers are installed by Progress Energy giving high capacity for mansion sized homes is ready for hook up.  Each lot owner will be responsible for their own in-ground septic system.  Each home owner is responsible for installing a well on their lot for irrigation.
                                                                                                                                                                          
Lots 2 through 7 and 14 are cleared and already leveled, graded and compacted.  These lots
each have several large oak trees, including transplanted trees.  Lot 5 is on a hill over looking the development. 

Lots 8 through 13 are well treed and are generally level.
